The 2,800-square-foot, 19th-century home, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, comes with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen and two fireplaces.

The original carriage house doors now open to a private garage.

The listing broker is Charles Olson, of Keller Williams Realty Empire.

Top designers create vignettes with more than $2 million of new home pieces for sale.

Their setup at the Metropolitan Pavilion is open to ticket holders only for a grand opening Thursday night and then to the public April 26 and 27. All proceeds go to charity.
